Want to boost the conversion rate of your Whitelabel? We are proud to present a new business tool that will support you on that mission! Our latest feature lets you offer discounts to your Whitelabel members. Furthermore, the bonus tool is customizable so you can adjust:

• Discount amount
• Target audience – free or paying members
• Bonus type (discount % or extra credits)
• Campaign name
• Campaign period
• Discount promotion banner

This gives you the chance to keep your members engaged by creating your very own campaigns. So, start your first campaign today and boost your conversion!

Important: The new bonus tool will replace the existing coupon code feature. If you currently use coupon codes, please make sure to switch to the new bonus tool instead. Coupon codes will be deactivated from June 1st, 2021.

Step-by-Step Guide

Here’s how to get started:

• Go to the Whitelabel tab, choose your Whitelabel and click on “edit”
• Select “Bonus Tool” and click on “Create new bonus campaign”
• Choose your campaign name (It’s completely up to you!)
• Select your bonus type (Discount % or Extra Credits)
• Define your campaign length
• Click on “activate bonus campaign” (This will make the campaign go live and be visible. You can always stop an ongoing campaign here as well)
• Activate promotion banner (This is optional, but recommended for visibility)
• Define your audience
• Save your campaign

Your campaign will be displayed on the following places of your Whitelabel:

• Main page (if you have activated promotion banner):
  
• Model Chat Screen:
  
• Payment Page:
  

Calculating your commission

The percentage of the discount or Extra credits you give will be deducted from the actual commission calculated after the purchased package. For example: if you are on a 35% commission tier and you choose the 10% discount or extra credits, your commission will be calculated in case of a package of 67.99 as follows:
(67.99 * 0,35)-(67,99*0,1)

The credit packages that exceed 157.99 credits shall have the same benefits and/or extra credits (as the case may be) as the 157.99 credit package.
For example: if you are on a 35% commission tier and you choose the 10% extra credits, your commission will be calculated e.g. in case of a package of 279.99 as follows:
(279,99*0,35)-(157,99*0,1)

Please note that for credit packages above 157.99, only extra credits promotion will be available.

Promotional credits are not applicable/available to user(s) using any of the following payment method(s): Pay by Phone, Pay With Any Gift Card, Bitcoin/Litecoin, Altcoins and Paysafecard, or to those Members who choose or accept their payments to be processed by CCBill.
